Arlene Wooldridge

Arlene L. Wooldridge, 83, of 829 Elm St., Chippewa Falls, died Monday, February 1, 2010 at Chippewa Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Chippewa Falls.

She was born September 3, 1926 in Ettrick, Wis., to Lottie (Johnson) & Archie Johnson. She was raised in Blair and graduated from Blair High School in 1944. She was then employed in the office at Blair Canning Company, until moving to Eau Claire where she was a switchboard operator at Luther Hospital.

Arlene married Lawrence "Larry" Wooldridge on September 4, 1949 in Blair, Wis. They resided in Menomonie until 1957 when they moved to Chippewa Falls where they have since resided.
