He was born on March 28, 1950, to Dr. Bruno and Ina (Pulver) Rahn in Chippewa Falls. Bruno graduated from Chippewa Falls Senior High School in 1968 and continued his education at University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Bruno was actively involved in the community. He was a founding member of the Chippewa Fire Protection District and served for more than 20 years. He held several positions including Training Officer, Public Information Officer, and Deputy Chief for Station 3 in Lafayette. He was also a first responder and EMT. He was outgoing and always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Bruno enjoyed golfing, his Canadian fishing trips, traveling, and building happy memories by attending his children’s and grandchildren’s school and sporting events.
