Carmen D. Heiston, 59, of Chippewa Falls, formerly of Sandwich, IL, died Monday, January 8, 2012 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.
Interment will be in First Lutheran Cemetery, Lee, IL.
Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls is handling arrangements.
