SERVICE:

Chad Tambornino, 30, of Chippewa Falls, passed away peacefully at his home with unknown causes on Monday, July 17, 2017. He was born on October 20, 1986, in Chippewa Falls to Gene and Tammy (Robinson) Tambornino.

Chad graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 2004. He attended UW-Eau Claire and graduated with a B.S. in Physics in 2008. He was a candidate for his masters for electrical engineering at SD School of Mines. Chad enjoyed applying his physics and engineering skills inventing new toys, tools and processes. He also enjoyed comics, standup comedy and watching super hero movies and shows with his siblings Tony and Tara. When Chad wasn't studying and researching, he spent much of his time with family. He was known by family and friends to always have a good sense of humor with no end. His inside joke with his great-aunt, Ruby from his childhood of 25 cents per flush to use her bathroom defines his raw sense of humor. Chad was a loving, caring and compassionate son and brother who will be greatly missed.

Chad is survived by his parents, Gene & Tammy of Chippewa Falls; siblings, Rose Tambornino (boyfriend, James Allen Voigt) of Germantown, WI, Tony Tambornino (girlfriend Tiffany Prasad) of Madison; and Tara Tambornino of Red Wing, MN; nieces, Priya and Lily; nephew, Braden; grandfather, Neal Robinson of Stoughton, WI; aunts and uncles, Donita (Cliff) O'Donnell of Madison, Dara (Chuck) Harings of Chippewa Falls, Dean Robinson of Savannah, GA, Deneal (Hector) Perez of Racine, WI, Henry (Donna) Tambornino of Racine, WI, Joanne Welhomer of Silver Springs, FL, and Norbert "Hoss" (Rosemary) Tambornino of Chippewa Falls; and his favorite pets, Midnight and Max.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Deloris Robinson and Henry and Clara Tambornino.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 21, 2017, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E. Columbia St., Chippewa Falls, with the Rev. Jim Woldhuis officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at the chapel.
