Dianne L. Comerford

Dianne L. Comerford, 77, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully at home on Sunday, August 20, 2023.

On June 1, 1946, Dianne was born to Justina (Augustine) and Raphael Fransway. Dianne was united in marriage to Steven Comerford in July of 1969, at St. Charles Catholic Church.Dianne is survived by her daughters, Shelly Bertrand of Chippewa Falls and Tracey (John) Mercier of Boyd; grandchildren, Ashton and Delani Mercier; brother, Dan Fransway; along with many nieces, nephews, and friend of over 50 years, Marlys Daniels; and her loyal dog, Oliver.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Steven; sister, Barbara Greening; brothers, Tom and John Fransway.

The interment will be in the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery, rural Spooner, WI, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family that will be donated to a charity dear to Dianne’s heart.
