Gerald J. Perkovich, 64, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully under the care of St. Croix Hospice at Dove Heathcare West in Eau Claire on Monday, June 8, 2026.
The graveside service will be at 3pm on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Hope Catholic Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
