Harold “Hal” J. Radke, 87, of Chippewa Falls, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 5, 2025, at Oakwood Health Services in Altoona, WI.

On February 3, 1939, Hal was born to Harold and Emogene (Niblett) Radke in Eau Claire, WI. He graduated from Chippewa Falls High School with the class of 1958. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Patricia Zenner on June 21, 1958, and started their life journey moving many times worldwide supporting his military career with the US Air Force. In 1978, Hal retired from the military and settled back in Chippewa Falls to be closer to family. He was very involved in his community including the Jim Falls Lions Club, Elk Club, Chippewa Falls Rotary Club and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 246. Hal so sold cars for many years, meeting many dear friends in the community. He was extremely crafty with woodworking and mechanical known as a “Doer of all and a Master of None.” Hal enjoyed conversations with his clients, friends, but most of all, his family. He had a special place in his heart for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Hal is survived by two sons, Rick (Lori) Radke of Chippewa Falls and Ron (Nancy) Radke of Eau Claire; two daughters, Pam (Jim) Neitman of Chippewa Falls and Sharel (Kyle) Dresel of Chippewa Falls; grandchildren, Tricia (Charles) Foster, Jennifer Radke, Rachel Radke, Ryan Denning, and Brooklyn (Bryce) Dankers; great-grandchildren, Keion, Kobe, Alivia, Alana, Harvey, and Kashton; brother, John (Barb) Radke; sister-in-laws, Joyce Radke and Louise Radke; along with many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.

Hal was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia; and brothers, Steve and Mike Radke.

The funeral service will be at 1 pm. on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls, with a visitation beginning at 12 noon. Following the service, all are invited to join the family at 1917 Lake Wissota, for a meal and a time of Celebration.

The interment with Military Honors will be at 11 am, on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the Northern WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spooner, WI.

The family would like to thank the staff at Oakwood Health Services and Moments Hospice for their kind and compassionate care given to Hal and their support to the family.
