Hollyce Johnson

Hollyce Ann (Eystad) Johnson, 78, of Altoona, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026.

Holly was born on October 26, 1947, in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, to Harry J. Eystad Jr. and Nilah L. (Meuli) Eystad.

After graduating from Chippewa Falls Senior High School in 1966, Holly lived in Orlando, Florida for many years where she completed her college degree. She recently returned to Wisconsin.

Holly is survived by her siblings, Richard (Judy) Eystad of Surprise, Arizona, Wendy (Jody) Blum of Hayward, Wisconsin, Maribeth (David) Nicholas of Toronto, Ontario, Thomas (Jodi) Eystad of Cable, Wisconsin, and Mark (Sally) Eystad of Marietta, Georgia. She is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Holly loved animals, especially strays. Gifts in her honor to your local animal shelter are welcome.

Per Holly’s wishes, there will be no public services held.
