Kenneth Mullen

Kenneth L. Mullen 79, of Chippewa Falls, died Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Ken was born March 23, 1947, in Ft. Knox, Kentucky to Leonard and Geraldine (Borofka) Mullen.

In 1965 he graduated from Bloomer High School and continued his education at UW Eau Claire, earning his BS in Business Administration in 1969.

He married Susan Olson on January 28, 1983, in Reno, NV. For over 50 years Ken served the Chippewa Valley as a State Farm Insurance agent in Bloomer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing the Birkebeiner race, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Ken is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sue; son, Mark of Chippewa Falls; grandchildren, Lewis, Willem, and Freja Mullen; sisters, Connie, Carol, and Diane; brother-in-law, Dave (Mary Lee) Olson; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Paul; and sister, Sue Mullen.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
