Throughout her career, Lois demonstrated unwavering dedication to providing compassionate care and mentoring future generations in the nursing profession.

Outside of work, Lois had a passion for travel. Training and conferences took her all over the U.S., and New York City was a frequent destination both with university programs and on her own. She traveled to Russia twice, Thailand, Europe, and Japan. She took trips through clubs and organizations with her grandchildren in tow. Whether exploring new cultures or embarking on adventures with loved ones, Lois found joy in every journey she undertook.
