Lowell F. Swartz

Lowell F. Swartz, 69, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully at Mayo Clinic Health System, Eau Claire on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

On September 16, 1956, Lowell was born in Chippewa Falls, WI, to Monroe and Bernadette (Niesen) Swartz.

Lowell enjoyed playing cards and fishing. He was an avid WI sports fan, especially the Green Bay Packers. He was always willing to lend a hand with any project one may need. Lowell took many trips to Canada, fishing with family and friends. He was a kind, caring, outspoken and not shy with sharing his opinion.

Lowell is survived by his mother, Bernadette Swartz; wife, Irene; daughter, Shannon Swartz Starck; grandson, Justin Wickham; siblings, April Willi, Byron Schwartz, Kerwin (Patti) Swartz, Allison Schwartz; Brad Schwartz, Brent (Janice) Swartz, and Melanie (Emmett) Kyle; step-children, Kathy Michaud, Philip (Jennifer) Robbins, Tim (Sandy) Robbins, and Tami (Corey) Kadinger; step-grandchildren, Kim (Brad) O’Connor, Rick (Dora) Swartz, Ashley (Chris) Gillis, Joshua (Shana) Robbins, Van Steinke, Natasha Dahlstrom, Cassandra (Zach) Ebel, Colton Kadinger, and Victoria Robbins; along with many other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Monroe; and daughter, Laura Swartz.

It was requested by Lowell that a private family service be held at a later date.
