Mark W. Klemke, 63, of Chippewa Falls, died at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
Mark was born in Chippewa Falls to Kenneth and Gwendolyn (Partlo) Klemke on October 15, 1956. He served his country with the US Navy. Mark Married Carol Donatell on July 11, 1992 at the Rose Garden in Chippewa Falls.
Mark enjoyed watching football (especially the Miami Dolphins), having cookouts with family and friends, but especially enjoyed a Leinie’s Light at the Leinie Lodge in Chippewa Falls. Mark also had a love for music. He was a huge fan of Hank Williams Sr. and Neil Diamond. Mark taught himself how to play guitar and even wrote songs of his own.
Mark is survived by his wife, Carol; siblings, Sharmin (Richard) Johnson, Loretta Nelson, David Klemke, and Kenneth Klemke Jr.; stepdaughters, Melissa Donatell, Jessica (Nate) Vercimak, and Brenda (Matt) Havrilla; 9 step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter; along with many other relatives and friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Daniel; and great-nephew, Peyton Daniel.
The Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Zion Lutheran Church, 110 East Grand Ave. Chippewa Falls, with a visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Church. Rev Ron Mueller will be officiating.
